Regularly. We know the estate road system, the gatehouse procedures and the finish standard expected. Crews arrive in branded vehicles with public liability documentation ready to log, and deliveries are scheduled inside the estate's access windows so nobody at the gatehouse has to chase us.
Six to ten weeks in peak season, April to September. For urgent repairs, smaller works or anything that can be phased around the existing schedule, call and we will give you an honest earliest start date. We do not overbook the diary — a crew stretched across three sites finishes none of them properly.
If the new driveway crosses a public footpath or verge, yes — a dropped kerb licence from Surrey County Council, which covers GU25 roads. Allow eight to twelve weeks from submission. We handle the application, make sure the temporary works permit and highways notice are in place before we break ground, and coordinate the statutory works so nothing stalls mid-job.
