The ones worth asking.

Yes. The first visit is free and takes about an hour: measurements, drainage, ground conditions, and a conversation about what you actually want to use the space for. What comes back is an itemised written quote — scope, materials, timescale — rather than a single number on a compliment slip.

A block-paved driveway is usually one to two weeks. A patio installation, one to two weeks. A full garden scheme with hard and soft landscaping, three to six. Weather moves all of those, which is why the programme is written into the quote and why we tell you when it slips rather than hoping you do not notice.

Yes — public liability cover, and all works guaranteed. We are happy to hand over proof of insurance and put you in touch with previous clients before you commit to anything. Any contractor who hesitates at that question is telling you something.

No. Every project is built by our own directly-employed crew, and the person who quoted your job is the person supervising it on site. It is the only way we can stand behind the work, and it is the main reason we are not the cheapest quote you will get.

Yes. Dropped kerbs, larger boundary walls, listed properties and conservation areas all come with paperwork, and we deal with it as part of the project — including the applications to the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead or Surrey County Council. Constraints get flagged at the survey, before you have spent anything.
