Itemised by scope, materials and timescale, with any planning or dropped kerb requirements listed. Comparable, line by line, with anyone else you have asked.
Build
Our crew, start to finish. Dig, sub-base, drainage, surface. Site swept at the end of each day and the skip gone when the work is.
Handover
We walk it with you and write down anything you are not happy with. Snags get fixed before the final invoice, not after it.
